After viewing You Tube I did not get off of it for an hour.
You Tube as everyone should know is a web site where you can view videos that
people have posted up on the internet. The website functions in a way that is
easiest for the people viewing the videos. Meaning that on the main page they
have videos that they suggest to you based on what videos that you have viewed
in the past. Which is a very convenient thing to offer because it sorts through
videos so you do not have to. Then if
you click on browse you tube opens it doors so that you can see any video of
the 120,000,000 videos that they have to offer. Starting at the top of the page
they show what videos are the most viewed that day and many other categories. There
are even videos of people doing online blogs, which has become a big thing
online and on You Tube. I think that online blogging would be very interesting
and more enjoyable than blogging online. They have music and movies to for
people who want to see the newest music videos or for people looking for a
movie to buy. The audience that You Tube
is targeting is throughout the spectrum of viewers. This website has so much to
offer that the audience could be everyone. From someone looking to see a music
video to someone trying to see how to do a math problem to anyone searching for
current news events. So I would have to say the audience is everyone with
Internet access on a computer or even a phone. I think that is why You Tube is
so successful and I would go as far to say that it has become a part of our
society.
